Step 1

Ask for an introductory meeting. We present the background to FIRS explaining how it can help you improve program performance. You present the background to your organisation and the goals for your borrowing program. The meeting is non-binding on both sides but important to establish mutual understanding and confidence.

Step 2

Ask for a Model Project Proposal. Model Projects are the cornerstone of client work and take the form of either a FIRS-based overview of all the aspects of your existing/planned IR approach or an in-depth appraisal of one particular aspect. The output is in itself immediately useable and includes a definition of the scope, goals and cost options for further analyses as well as the benefits to be expected.

Step 3

Follow the program set out in step 2 or ask for further on-off analyses. You can do this work yourself under our guidance though we also provide ready made systems and always provide aftercare. After a certain point you will find it important to formalise performance monitoring.

Costs

Step 2 (Model Projects) take from 10 to 20 days to complete and are executed on a fixed fee basis. Step 3 projects work on an annual licence basis over a period set by mutual agreement - as part of our policy of user satisfaction we spread the costs over the expected life of the project. Both sets of fees are easily containable in existing program costs.
